How we look after your data

1. Data we collect

We only collect data you give us directly, plus anonymous visit data:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company or organisation (optional), phone number (optional), subject and message.
• Anonymous visit data: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and country of the visit. This does not identify you personally.

2. How we use it

• To reply to questions, partnership requests or messages you send through the contact form.
• To understand how the site is used overall, so we can improve its content and experience.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Analytics and cookies

We use a privacy-friendly analytics service that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. It records visit statistics in aggregate only, so no individual visitor profiles are created.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies for visitors.

4. Storage and third parties

Contact form messages are stored in a database run by the cloud infrastructure provider we use for the site’s content and data. A copy of each message is also sent to our email inbox through an email delivery service. The site is also hosted by a web hosting provider. These service providers process data only to run their services for us, not for their own purposes.

The site links to other services such as Google Maps, Instagram and WhatsApp. When you open those links, that service’s own privacy policy applies.

5. How long we keep data

We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on our communication with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

6. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to incoming messages is limited to authorised site administrators. Even so, no method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Request access to, and a copy of, the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your personal data.
• Withdraw your consent to our processing of your data.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
